Estimated shipping

In stock items are shipped in 2-3 business days. Out of stock orders usually take 2-4 weeks to finish and ship. A few items have a regular wait list and we will contact you within 2 business days to let you know an estimated lead time on your order, if we do not have it in stock. We require payment to reserve your place in the que.

Shipping- Rush Delivery

All orders will be shipped by FedEx ground. If you require faster shipping, please put a note in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SELLER box on the checkout page and give us a call. 2 day shipping will result in an increase in shipping price and we will give you an estimate and the option to cancel the order before shipping your order.

Why we charge for shipping

We have to charge for shipping. We are a small company, dishes are fragile and take a lot of artisans many hours to make. We use extra packaging and care to do our best to make sure they reach you in one piece. This takes time and resources. Orders over 1500.00 are free.

Pop-up pick up

We are happy to take pre-orders for our pop ups. We currently have pop ups in San Francisco, Los Angeles and various wineries around the Santa Ynez Valley and Napa. One of the best parts of what we do is meeting the families that create our community. We truly love connecting with the amazing people that share our tables and always have a cup of coffee or treats to share. If you chose to do event pick up, please add a note to seller with the event you would like to pick up at.


Damaged Items

Within 5 days of receiving your order, please let us know if there was any breakage or we made a mistake and shipped you something unexpected! If any pieces have broken during shipment, please e-mail, You must include a photograph of ALL broken pieces and the packaging. Keep all packaging materials, including the box.  Broken items will be re-shipped and are a priority over new orders.  Replacements will not be sent without photos of the original packaging materials and the broken items.



Please shop mindfully.  Our custom gift cards are a great option, as no returns are accepted. We are a small business and strive to exceed your expectations. We can accept exchanges on gifts, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.
